Michael Sanzo of Imperial Oil (South Windsor) and Chairman of CEMA’s Next Generation Leadership Council, recently reached out to his State Senator, Saud Anwar, (who happens to be physician who specializes in pulmonary issues) about the COVID-19 virus.
Michael asked if Dr. Anwar could provide CEMA members with guidance on how service technicians and customer service representatives could help moitigate the spread of the virus while making service calls.
The guidance provides screening questions for CSR’s to ask your customers before a Tech is dispatched to a home, screening questions that the Tech should ask before entering the home, and recommendations to prevent of transmission of the virus.
