Connecticut has waived the fuel volatility standards that are required by state regulation to shift on April 1st to a lower volatility to comply with ASTM Designation D-4814-19a. The state said that the waiver is justified due to unexpected oversupply of higher volatility fuel that is occupying bulk fuel storage systems. Attached is the wavier for your review.
